MN is the combined authority of an Acting Agency, a Film Production Company, & an Ofqual Regulated Awarding Body.
MN's qualifications are born from over a decade of real-world industry experience, not theory. Our roots are in talent management as Middleweek Newton (MN) Talent Management, giving us a frontline view of how careers are built and projects greenlit - from first auditions to Olivier wins and BAFTA nominations.
Our team operates across film, TV, and theatre, having also produced successful films for major platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. We see what it takes for a project to succeed - from the performances that captivate an audience to the filmmaking that gets noticed by commissioners and festivals. It was this direct, daily insight that inspired us to create MN Awards.
This industry background is precisely what makes our grades so special. They are built on a practical understanding of what professional excellence truly looks like on screen. We don't just guess what the industry wants; our qualifications directly prepare you for it.
